Senior staff are most of the time open to these sorts of ideas. I think it helps to have a senior person, or a line manager if you can, blogging. People will be more inclined to follow their lead.<BR/><BR/>All it takes it a couple of comment discussions which draws in emotion to get it recognised as a good tool.<BR/><BR/>Maybe you could get a blogger to write a few pieces that will encourage debate to reel them in.<BR/><BR/>Maybe the first few blog posts can be success stories from other organisations.John Tropeahttp://libraryclips.blogsome.comnoreply@blogger.com
